All the signs were positive.
So after lunch we headed to the airport.
Opening the garage door we discovered that the Ginko tree had dropped a bunch of leaves.
Sad to say we didn’t have time to do more than disturb them a little.
Everything in OKC went as advertised and we arrived in Houston in time to fully enjoy our 2 hour layover.
The Houston -Puebla flight was similarly uneventful (though it did arouse fond memories of the extra spacious 737 we started this trip in).
Clearing Passport Control took a LONG time. But eventually we were allowed thru the frosted glass door where Kim was waiting to greet us.
She bundled us into taxis and we settled back for the leisurely 40 minute ride to the apartment.
Once there Kim presented the boys with presents including Alebrije (Spirit animals – familiar to those of you who have seen Coco).
The hour being somewhat late (most of Mexico switched to Standard Time last weekend so we’re effectively on Mountain Daylight Time) and tomorrow being, therefore, an early day we called it a night.
Tomorrow we climb a pyramid.
Wish us luck.
