Bill and Madeline showed up a few minutes before 7:00. We finished throwing things together, woke up our chauffeur (Kim) and headed to the airport.

We did the standard ticketing/passport verification/clearing security/making our way to the gate/finding some breakfast thing and by 9:00 we were boarded and on our way to Salt Lake City.

Where we had a 4 hour layover.

Shortly after 2:00 we were boarded and on our way to Amsterdam.

And that’s Monday.
