We were up at 7:00 And off to the fitness center. We figure that’s the only way we will survive the week of all-inclusive debauchery.
I hit the treadmill, Che grabbed a pair of 12 pound weights and worked on her arms, and we counted ourselves ready to face the day. A quick shower and we headed off to meet the crew at the breakfast buffet.
After breakfast we relaxed (watched the insides of our eyelids) until it was time for Randy to report to the spa. Cheryl slept while Randy enjoyed a manicure and pedicure.
Then it was time for lunch. We repaired to the taco restaurant by one of the pools.
After lunch it was the girls’ turn in the spa. Once they were outfitted with smooth nails we retired to the pool deck (and hot tub).
Dinner this evening was at the Asian Fusion restaurant. We sampled several of the appetizers and way too many of the entres.
After dinner we made our way to the theatre for a sand art show. The artist worked on a light table spreading sand artistically as it was displayed on the screen.
Following the show most of the party retired for the evening. Tim, Bri and I headed off to the two other lobbies on the campus to explore. Eventually we made our way back to our area, stopped for a bit of ice cream, and called it a night.
Tomorrow we have a cruise on a resort-contracted yacht. The itinerary will probably be determined by the weather, but it should be an adventure however it works out.
That’s it for tonight.
It’s a night.
